We want you to love any product that you purchase from our collections, and in case you are not satisfied with them for whatever reason, the product(s) can be returned (undamaged or unused) for a full refund credit. Only regular priced items may be offered a full refund credit. If you are approved, we will automatically send you a full refund credit towards your next purchase order. The product purchased will only be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect or damaged in transit. You will need to inform us via e-mail within three (3) days of delivery, and the product returned to our logistics center within one (1) week, or we will not be liable to accept the merchandise. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not replaceable. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ReturnsFor the product to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will thoroughly investigate any damage or a manufacturing defect from our warehouse and repair the merchandise, or replace it if need be. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we can repair the product, we will ship it back to the designated address. The cost of returning the product(s) to our logistics center shall be the customer's sole responsibility.
